Pricing / Balance

Pay for what
you use.

No monthly plans. Top up, use the service, and every charge is recorded as a transaction with a reference.

Balance flow

Four steps from top-up to a completed transaction.

  1. 01

    Top up

Pick an amount and a payment method that is active on your account.

  2. 02

    Rate lookup

The rate is read per service and in your wallet currency at the time of use.

  3. 03

    Funds held

While a message or OTP is processed, the amount is held temporarily.

  4. 04

    Settled

If accepted, the charge is recorded. If rejected, the hold is released.

How billing works

Every service is counted differently.

SMS and SMS OTP are billed per message, and so are WhatsApp, RCS, and MMS. Virtual numbers carry a per-order price shown before you place the order.

Scroll the table sideways to see the other columns.

Billing method per service
ItemValueNotes
SMS MarketingPer messageBilled per message sent. GSM-7 or Unicode encoding still affects the message body.
RCS and MMSPer messageMedia is processed before the batch is created.
WhatsApp MarketingPer messageMessages rejected by the gateway release the held funds.
SMS OTPPer messageOne request counts as one unit, held when the request is created and settled once the gateway accepts the message.
WhatsApp OTPPer messageOne request counts as one unit.
Virtual numbersPer orderPrice and stock are shown before ordering. The displayed price already includes the admin markup.

Payments

Methods follow the gateways you have enabled.

The balance page only lists methods that are configured and ready. If a gateway is missing credentials, its method does not appear as an option.

Xendit
Payment links and channels active on your Xendit account.
DOKU
DOKU Checkout configured to your merchant settings.

History and invoices

Every charge leaves a trail.

Filter transactions by type, reference, and date. Invoices can be reopened, checked for status, or resumed if payment is still pending.

  • Transaction type

    Top-ups, usage, adjustments, and reversals.

  • Reference

Used to match a transaction to an invoice or batch.

  • Currency

Chosen when the wallet is created, then fixed as IDR or USD.

  • Invoice

Payment status and checkout link are kept in the history.

Questions

Balance and billing questions.

Is there a monthly fee?

There are no monthly plans. Charges come from recorded usage, such as messages, OTP requests, or virtual number orders.

When is the balance actually charged?

Funds are held while a message or OTP request is processed. The hold becomes a charge once the gateway accepts the message. If the gateway rejects it, the hold is released.

Am I billed for failed messages?

If the gateway rejects delivery, the held funds are released. An uncertain status is not treated as success and may go through reconciliation.

Can I change my wallet currency?

Not from the dashboard. The currency is locked when the wallet is created. To move between IDR and USD, contact an admin: the old wallet is closed and a new one is opened.

Can I reopen an invoice?

Yes. The balance page keeps invoices and checkout links. Unfinished invoices can be checked or resumed there.
