Service 02 / WhatsApp Marketing

WhatsApp blasts
from your own device.

Pair a WhatsApp device with a QR code or pairing code. Blast sessions run in batches, can be paused, and every message keeps its own status.

Device and session

Connect a device, then load your recipient list.

Devices are paired with a QR code or pairing code in the notif panel. Once a device is active, campaigns use it and every send is tracked per message.

    Connect a device

Send pacing from the service

A sending speed that feels human.

Sends use randomized delays, per-batch cooldowns, and progressive slowdown. The settings live at the service level so every session gets the same treatment.

Delay between messages
10 to 30 seconds

Service default, set by an admin, not per sender.

Batch size
50 messages

Sending pauses briefly after each batch.

Batch cooldown
300 seconds

Extra wait before the next batch starts.

Night mode
22:00 to 07:00

Delays increase by 30 to 60 seconds during those hours.

Weekends
1.5x multiplier

The base delay is multiplied on Saturdays and Sundays.

Progressive slowdown
Gradual

The delay grows step by step with the number of messages in a session.

Send controls

What you can tune in a single session.

  • Import multiple files

Upload up to 30 TXT, CSV, or XLSX files in one send session.

  • Media attachments

Send images, video, audio, or documents up to 25 MB per file from the dashboard.

  • Pause and resume

Stop a running session for a while, then pick up where it left off.

  • Resend failures

Failed messages can be resent without starting a new session for the whole list.

  • Typing indicator

The gateway shows a typing state before sending, depending on service settings.

Send via API

One recipient per API request.

The WhatsApp endpoint accepts one recipient per request and returns a batch_id you can track. For large lists, use the dashboard workspace, which runs blast sessions in batches.

Questions

Devices and delivery.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No. You pair the device you already use with a QR code or pairing code. Once connected, campaigns use that device.

Can I import multiple recipient files?

Yes. One dashboard session accepts up to 30 TXT, CSV, or XLSX files, each up to 25 MB. Review the recipient summary before the session starts.

What if the device disconnects?

Messages that cannot be sent are marked failed. Once the device reconnects, you can resend the failures from the same session without repeating the whole list.

Can I pause sending?

Yes. A running session can be paused, resumed, or cancelled. Progress and per-message status are kept.

Does delivered mean the message was read?

No. delivered means the message reached the recipient's device. notif. does not treat read status as a guarantee.
