Service 04 / Virtual Numbers

Numbers that
receive OTP.

Pick a country, platform, and operator with stock available. Once the number is active, codes land in the order and can be forwarded to your WhatsApp device.

Catalog

Choose a number with three filters.

The catalog follows partner availability. Pricing and stock appear before an order is created, and an operator only shows up when there is stock for that country and platform pair.

Country
Prefixes and number availability by country.
Platform
The destination service, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Google.
Operator
Operator options when the catalog offers per-operator tiers.

Not every country and platform combination has stock at all times. When nothing matches, no order is created.

OTP received

••••••

The code appears in the order and is forwarded through a webhook or a WhatsApp device when the integration is on.

Order illustration. Status and actions follow the can_cancel, can_finish, can_resend, can_replace, and can_reactivate flags.

Order status

Five statuses, actions that fit the situation.

Orders are never forced to finish early. Buttons appear based on server flags, so an invalid action never shows up as an option.

ACTIVE
The number is active and waiting for an SMS. The order can be canceled while it is still inside the allowed window.
OTP_RECEIVED
The code has arrived. The order can be finished or resent depending on the flags.
COMPLETED
The order closes once the code has been used.
CANCELED
The order was canceled. Refunds follow the partner's rules.
EXPIRED
The window ended without a code. The number is no longer in use.

Incoming OTP

The code stays with the order.

Webhooks from the partner are signature-checked before processing. If they pass, the order status becomes OTP_RECEIVED and the code can be read in the dashboard or forwarded to a connected WhatsApp device.

Code flow
  1. 01

    Number active

The order is created after price and stock are confirmed.

  2. 02

    SMS received

The partner webhook is verified with a secret first.

  3. 03

    Order updated

The status becomes OTP_RECEIVED and the code is stored.

  4. 04

    Code forwarded

Read it in the dashboard or send it to a WhatsApp device.

WhatsApp integration

Codes can be forwarded to WhatsApp.

When the integration is on, the order is paired with an available WhatsApp device. The OTP is delivered to that device, so you don't have to juggle two dashboards to finish verification. You can turn the integration off without changing order data.

Questions

Stock, and codes that never arrive.

When can I use the number?

Once the order is ACTIVE. Price and stock are confirmed first, then the number shows up in the order details.

What happens if the OTP never arrives?

The order stays active until its window runs out. If there is time left, resend or reactivate may work while the order flags allow it. Otherwise the order ends EXPIRED.

Can the OTP be forwarded to WhatsApp?

Yes, when the WhatsApp device integration is on. The order is paired with an available device and the code is sent there.

How does the OTP reach the system?

notif. receives webhooks from the virtual number partner. Payloads are checked with a secret before processing, so messages that don't match never change the order.

Are all countries and platforms always available?

No. The catalog follows partner availability. Combinations without stock show no offers, and no order is created.
